Search Group Technologies is a performance marketing company in New Delhi. We work with real estate developers, brokers, and property brands who need qualified buyers, not a spreadsheet full of cold form fills. Most of what we do sits where paid media, content, and sales follow-up meet, because that is where a lead either turns into a site visit or quietly dies.
Who we are
We started with a complaint we kept hearing from sales teams: campaigns were burning through budget and still handing them leads who never picked up the phone. So we built everything around intent instead. Every rupee we spend is meant to land in front of someone who is genuinely looking to buy, rent, or invest.
The team is small on purpose. Media buyers, writers, designers, and analysts sit in the same room, so the people planning your campaign are the same people running it when things get busy. Nothing gets handed off to a junior you never met.
How we work
We don't sell impressions. A campaign that racks up a million views and books three site visits is a failed campaign, and we will say so. We track cost per qualified lead, site visits booked, and deals closed, then report those numbers plainly, including the months that miss the mark.
Real estate is its own animal. Long buying cycles, big ticket sizes, RERA rules, and HNI buyers who scroll past generic ads without blinking. We plan for all of it instead of running the same playbook we'd use for a food delivery app.
